OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: a) On or about 08/04/14, at the fresh grain bin, a fixed ladder used to climb to the top of the grain bin, did not have a bottom rung adjusted to a minimum of 14 inches from the ground or access level. The bottom rung measured 22 inches from the access level (ground). ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
