29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    (a)Colorado Roof Assist LLC at 5243 Danube Ct., Denver, CO 80249:  On and before August 16th, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns.  The condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.

The condition exposed employees to caught-in-between hazards and amputation hazards.

The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 23 feet.

The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 23 feet.
