29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a)Arapahoe Roofing and Sheet Metal Inc., at 1520 Market St., Denver, CO 80202: The employer did not ensure each employee engaged in construction activities on a flat roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. The employees were engaged in construction activities without the use of any fall protection system. This condition exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 16 feet.
