29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: (a) On or about August 13, 2014, an employee used a mobile perry scaffold to stand on while sanding with the wheels unlocked and moved the scaffold by shifting his weight and rolling the scaffold thereby exposing himself to a fall hazard. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
