29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: West, receiving and processing backroom: on or about August 18, 2014 employees handling boxes of clothes, shoes, and household items were exposed to struck-by hazards where storage of products was not organized in safe and secure manner to prevent falling, sliding and collapsing. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
