29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about August 13, 2014: a) Employee installing OSB plywood to the outside of a new residential structure was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 21.9 feet when he failed to properly use fall protection measures. b) An employee installing gables on a new residential structure was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21.6 feet when he failed to properly use fall protection measures. The Adame Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315737049, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 14, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 6336 Hickory Branch Dr. in Hoshton, GA.
