29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not assure that each employee, who might be exposed to fall hazards, received training regarding the use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used: a) Southside of residence located at 4971 Ansbury Place, Acworth, Georgia. An employee, who was exposed to a fall hazards of 10-feet 8-inches and 12-feet 11-inches had not been properly trained in the recognition and prevention fall hazards or personal fall arrest systems.
