29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which secure vertical members together laterally. a) Southside of residence located at 4971 Ansbury place, Acworth, Georgia. The outer panel of the upper section of the fabricated scaffold system was not braced. Without proper bracing the vertical members of the scaffold were not secured together. Cross bracing also aligns the members ensuring the scaffold is plumb, square, and level. The employee working from the scaffold system was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12-feet 11-inches.
