29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows or floors: a. Men's Bathroom, Dirty Clothing Room, Clean Clothing Room - The employer did not protect a flexible cord which was run through a doorway from accidental damage. An HDX extension cord was run through the doorway that separated the dirty clothing room from the clean clothing room. The door had been closed onto the cord exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. Observed On or about July 25, 2014.
