29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a.) Quantico Marine Base, Consolidated Elementary School: On or about 08/13/14, a suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided during the uses of Portland Cement thus exposing employees to potential chemical burns. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
