29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material created a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse: (a)Contractor's Supply, Inc @ 5515 W. Warren Ave., Denver, CO 80227: On and before August 7th, 2014, the employer did not limit the height of material in the tool room to ensure securement of storage. There were several packages of bulk material shrink-wrapped at excessive heights and some boxes of loose material not shrink-wrapped at all. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and crush-by hazards.
