29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings:    a)Paint spray booth area:  On or about August 19th, 2014, and prior to, the employer exposed employees to hazards of unlabeled containers without identification of the hazard of the chemical  and identification of the contents of container including but not limited to:  Uses spray paint with a flash point of -18 degrees F.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): General. The employer shall provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace. The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator.   a)Paint booth and area:  On or about August 19, 2014, and prior to, employees were exposed to inhalation hazards from chemicals in paints to include toluene, xylene and Di Methyl Ether while conducting spray painting work tasks with required use of full face and half mask respirator and not provided a medical evaluation for the respirator.
