29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. This violation occurred on or about August 19, 2014, and at times prior thereto, when employees were exposed to falls while working approximately 16 above a lower level without the use of guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems. DFW Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314182288, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 8609 Papa Trail, McKinney, TX 75070.
