Quebec Way, Denver, CO 80123:  On or before, August 14, 2014 the employer did not ensure that employees working to repair and update an apartment complex were free from recognized hazards such as but not limited to a fall from height.  Employees were repairing damaged siding and roofing materials on the roof following a hail storm.  This condition exposes employees to a fall from greater than 6'.
