29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) (a) WDR Restoration & Construction at 1470 S. Quebec Way, Denver, CO 80123: On or before, August 14, 2014 the employer did not ensure that employees working to repair and update an apartment complex were free from recognized hazards such as but not limited to a fall from height. Employees were repairing damaged siding and roofing materials on the roof following a hail storm. This condition exposes employees to a fall from greater than 6'.
