29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):  Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides:  (a). At the Delta Airlines flight line the Cabin Service Truck #39001 while elevated, the runway from the vehicle box to the fuselage of the aircraft had an open side where the guardrail system was not complete exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from the runway to the ground below, on or about August 18, 2014.  (b). At the Delta Airlines flight line the Cabin Service Truck #39001 while elevated did not have a serviceable safety net to protect the employees from a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet from the platform to the ground below, on or about August 18, 2014.  (c). At the Delta Airlines flight line the Cabin Service Truck #39002 did not have a serviceable safety net to protect the employees from a fall hazard of 4 ½ feet from its rear platform to the ground below, on or about August, 18, 2014.
