Condition observed on or about 08/19/14.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: a- 130 West Colony Road, Silver Beach.Lavallette NJ: Employees, not supplied with any fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below when performing framing and other related activities from top plates of a residential structure's outer walls. These employees had not received any fall protection training from the company. Condition noted on or about 08/19/14. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
