29 CFR 1926.151(a)(3): Smoking was not prohibited at or in the vicinity of operations which constituted a fire hazard: a) Office Trailer - On or about 08/15/2014, a "No Smoking" sign was not displayed in a compressed gas storage area where both oxygen and acetylene cylinders were stored. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: a) Office Trailer - On or about 08/15/2014, compressed gas cylinders containing both oxygen and acetylene were stored within 3 feet of each other and were not separated by a five foot high ½ hour fire barrier.
