Taylor Ave., Neptune, NJ: Three Atlantic Coast Carpentry & Drywall LLC employees were conducting carpentry work (framing and sheathing) on the partially sheathed steep sloped (8 on 12) roof of a large multi-unit, new construction residential structure.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet from the eaves of the structure to the ground below.
