Conditions observed on August 14, 2014. b) 35000 Midway Outlet Drive (South side), Rehoboth Beach, DE - employee was conducting roof sheathing installation on a commercial construction site, with unprotected sides and edges, approximately 15 feet above the lower level and 35 feet to the grade, without adequate fall protection. Conditions observed on August 14, 2014.
