Condition occurred on August 20, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) 23 Holecomb Drive, Hillsborough, NJ 08844: Employee was observed utilizing a Hitachi framing nailer during framing operations without the use of eye or face protection. Condition observed on/or about August 20, 2014. Omar Chuquirima was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 959442, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/28/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 353-355 Raritan Street, South Amboy, NJ.
