29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a)All Pro Exteriors LLC at 4900 Himilaya Road, Denver, CO 80249: On and before August 16th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling when shingling this roof with up to an 8 on 12 pitch. The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 7 1/2 feet measured from ground to eave, and up to 20 feet from peak near the raked edge of the roof.
