29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening a) 681 Blue Barn Rd., Allentown, PA., Facility, 2nd & 3rd Level, Window-Wall Opening: On or about August 18, 2014, employees were installing electrical wiring throughout a three-story facility, however, employees were not protected from unguarded window openings, exposing employees to a fall hazard of up to 28 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail. a) 681 Blue Barn Rd., Allentown, PA., Facility, All Stairs/Stairways -- On or about August 18, 2014, an employee was using stairway that had no handrail to reach the 2nd and 3rd level of the facility to install electrical wiring that had 9 risers, exposing employee to a fall hazard of not less than 6 feet.
