29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On August 20, 2014 at the jobsite located at or near 711 NE 85th Ter in Kansas City, MO, employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that they were working on a steep roof, approximately 20 feet above next lower level without an approved form of fall protection.
