Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY) On August 21, 2014 an employee was not provided with eye protection while breaking cinder blocks with a sledge hammer, exposing the employee to an eye injury. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
