29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet while installing roofing material and suitable fall protection was not being used. Construction by Jeronimo llc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 279319, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 5, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 709 Cedar Ridge Court, Mahomet Illinois, 61853.
