On September 3, 2014:  Paint employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals, during mixing and painting operations, such as:   BASF 92991 Hardener Fast, a flammable liquid that can cause cancer and liver, kidney and central nervous system damage;  BASF 923-460 Multi-Purpose Gloss Clear, a flammable liquid that can cause liver, kidney and central nervous system damage;  BASF 92993 HS HRDNR Normal, a flammable liquid that can cause liver, kidney and central nervous system damage;  BASF 923-140 Rapid Repair Clear, a flammable liquid that can cause liver, kidney and central nervous system damage;  and BASF 923550 Hi Perf Clear, a flammable liquid that can cause liver, kidney and central nervous system damage.     The employer did not maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which described how the program was to be implemented.
