29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures;      (a)  On or about 08/22/14, at the Rite Aid Store, undergoing renovations, located on 73 North Lake Road, in Brockport,  New York, an electrical service panel in use for wiring renovated areas did not have a cover to guard live energized wiring.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(c)(1): When employees were exposed to falling objects, the employer did not have each employee wear a hard hat and did not erect toeboards, screens, canopy structures or barricades to prevent objects from falling from higher levels:  (a)  On or about 08/22/14, at the Rite Aid Store, undergoing renovations, located on 73 North Lake Road, in Brockport,  New York, in the "spec" space at the platform of the upper mezzanine a toe board was not erected to prevent materials from falling to areas below where employees pass to retrieve materials and engage in work detail.    NO ABATEMENT  CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
