29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas: a) Jobsite - On or about August 12, 2014, boards with protruding nails were scattered around the front of the residential construction. An extension cord was stretched across the stairway on the inside of the residential construction which created a tripping hazard.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: a) Front of residence - On or about August 12, 2014, an employee was not protected from falling while using a single pole scaffold to frame a residential construction. Armando Barron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313631822, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 118 Talon's Point, Madison, MS.
