29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. At 7500 Bradford Place, Sugar Land TX; employee was unprotected at a wall opening at an approximate height of 10 feet, exposing employee to fall hazard. DERBY DRYWALL, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A SIMILAR VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313413502, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON OCTOBER 01, 2009, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 13620 VIA VARRA RD, BROOMFIELD, CO 80020.
