29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) Marshall University Athletic Hall of Fame, 3rd Avenue Side: An employee was observed working approximately 15 feet above ground level from a platform of a Genie S-45 aerial lift. The employee was wearing a full body harnesses with a lanyard but the lanyard was not attached to the basket while working from the aerial lift platform, as observed on August 27, 2014.
