29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, was not provided, used, or maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition wherever it was necessary by reason of hazards of processes or environment, chemical hazards, radiological hazards, or mechanical irritants encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation or physical contact.  On or about 8/25/14 in the production area in bldg 125: An employee observed working on the top of the aircraft at the tail end at heights up to 30 feet was using Latchways fall protection equipment attached to the guardrail of the aerial lift. The employer failed to ensure the equipment was maintained in a reliable safe condition in accordance with the manufactures recommendation. Approximately 27 JLG lifts equipped with the latchway equipment.

Ferranti Spot Resistance Welder - Electrical (480 volts), Pneumatic (90 to 100 psi), and Water (up to 40 psi) energy sources.     b. Ferranti Seam Resistance Welder - Electrical (480 volts), Pneumatic (90 to 100 psi), and Water (up to 40 psi) energy sources.  The U.S. Department Of The Air Force Robins was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314204496, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/22/11, with respect to a workplace located at Warner Robins WRAMA/WRALC, Robins, AFB, GA Bldg 180.
