Wheels shall be blocked if the truck is parked on an incline. (a) Dock: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards or unintended movement of the truck as a Hyster 30 powered industrial truck F1151 was left unattended as the driver was over 25 feet from the truck when it was left running. (b) Dock: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards or unintended movement of the truck as a Toyota powered industrial truck F970 was left unattended as the driver was over 25 feet from the truck when it was left running.
