29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable. a) TB90 Shop, water from cutting operations accumulated on the floor underneath a wall mounted electrical panel center. The surface on which employees stand to operate the switchgear was not maintained in a dry condition, on or about August 28, 2014. b) Dragon Shop, water from the manual push/pull saw accumulated on the floor underneath a wall mounted electrical panel center. The surface on which employees stand to operate the switchgear was not maintained in a dry condition, on or about August 28, 2014. "ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED"
