29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: (a) Nazareth Roofing, LLC - The employee assigned as the Monitor at the 1000 East Wyomissing Boulevard, Reading, PA 19611 worksite was throwing debris into the truck, on or about August 28, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
