29 CFR 1926.250(a)(1): All materials were not stored in tiers shall be stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse: A) Job site, 235 Solar Drive Way, Imperial, PA: On or about October 2, 2014, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that palletized brick/block stacks were stored in a stable manner in that they were set on a sloped surface which consisted of loose soil, exposing employees to struck by hazards.
