29 CFR 1910.179(b)(6)(ii): Where passageways or walkways were provided, obstructions were so placed that the safety of personnel was jeopardized by movements of crane(s): Rumford Paper Company, Finishing Area - On or about 08/25/2014, a Somatex employee positioned on the #22 overhead bridge crane walkway was struck and killed by an obstructing ceiling truss when the crane was being moved to pick up a roll of paper.

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught-in-between, struck-by, and fall hazards resulting from the movement of an overhead bridge crane near a structural member: Rumford Paper Company, Finishing Area - On 8/25/2014, a Somatex employee positioned on the #22 overhead bridge crane footwalk was struck and killed by a ceiling truss when the crane was moved to pick up a roll of paper.
