29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end. (a) 141 Promenade Parkway, Lot #38, Oxford, MS 38655 - On or about August 19, 2014, employees were exposed to falls of 11 to 14.55 feet due to ends of scaffold boards extending more than 12 inches beyond each of their bearers on 5' x 6'4" walk-thru Mason's Frame Scaffolding, two sections or 11 to 14.55 feet high, in the following locations: (1) West of the South Balcony, South of the South entrance, and across the south side of the residence under construction.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: (a) 141 Promenade Parkway, Lot #38, Oxford, MS 38655 - On or about August 19, 2014, employees were exposed to falls of 7 to 14.55 feet because the legs of 5' x 6'4" walk-thru Mason's Frame Scaffolding did not rest upon base plates and mud sills, but rather they were resting upon either concrete, pieces of lumber and/or brick in the following locations: (1) West of the South balcony, South of the South balcony/porch, and across the South side of residence under construction, and (2) across garage opening on North end of this proposed residence.
