OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. South side of street north of the buildings at 1775 N. Hickory Way: On August 28, 2014, the employer did not enforce the use of high visibility safety apparel for employees constructing curb and sidewalk adjacent to a residential street exposing employees to recognized hazards associated with being struck by contact with vehicle traffic. Note: Abatement certification is NOT required for this item. Item corrected during inspection.
