29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) 2200 Cassens Drive, Fenton, MO 63026: The employer has not provided a written respiratory program with worksite-specific procedures needed for employees required to wear respirators while working with, but not limited to, SenGuard, Cambria, Diarex Transparent Knife Grade Polyester Stone Adhesive, Viatera, and Ceasarstone. The employer does not currently have a written respiratory program that adequately addresses employees who wear respirators under voluntary conditions.
