On 8/28/14, two Ironworkers were working in a boom lift without fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: On 8/28/14, an Ironworker was standing on and working from the guardrails of the boom lift. Olk Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 97424, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 2/27/12, with respect to a workplace located at Menards, De Pere, WI 54115.
