29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At a jobsite in Rockford, Illinois, employees working from a Sky Power aerial lift were not using any method of fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
