(b)  On the west side, and center of the new construction:  On August 31, 2014 and at times prior to; the employer failed to enforce the requirement for a body belt and lanyard while applying stucco to the exterior of the building from a 400-S, JLG aerial lift, exposing one employee to falls of approximately 20 feet.    Hare & Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315304683, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 8, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1000 Turtle Creek Dr., Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
