29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    North American Roofing Services Inc. project site located at 4000 Rib Mountain Drive, Wausau, WI: On 08/27/2014, employees engaged in detailing the roof edge and the gutter on a Sam's Club building were not protected from a 18 feet and greater fall hazard to the pavement below in that the workers were only wearing fall protection harness equipment but were not connected to an anchor and lifeline system.
