29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites. (a) Urban Outfitters, 766 Brackbill Road, Gap Pennsylvania - Employees used a Coleman Powermate 6250 watt portable generator to provide power to branch circuits to the aerial lifts and battery chargers. There was no ground fault circuit interrupter provided at the generator and employees were exposed to the risk of electrical shock on or about July 29, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
