29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) 200 Ford Avenue, Fords, NJ: Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 13' to the roof eave to the ground below at the front of the building and 22' from the eave of the roof to the ground at the rear of the building with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about August 29, 2014.
