29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows: Employees performing work on dry docks were exposed to sanitation hazards in that the vessel waste discharge was operated over the employees working on the dry dock and the area was not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed.
