OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to struck-by/crush-by hazards:     a) On or about 08/29/2014, at 3460 Densmore Road, in Albion, New York, Employees harvesting and sorting tomatoes were exposed to struck-by/crush-by hazards while standing and walking between trucks. The trucks were parked and/or stopped back-to-back, approximately 3-feet apart from one another during the harvesting operation without the assurance that the trucks cannot roll backwards.    ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
