29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) First to Second Floor - Employees using the main entrance staircase were exposed to fall hazards from the first six (6) riser of the staircase not containing at least one handrail, on or about August 29, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

The employer did not provide the employees with the information contained in Appendix D of the standard before allowing them to use the respirator, on or about August 29th, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
