On or about 09/03/14, scaffolds in the front of 92-10 59th Ave. Elmhurst, NY Employees working on fabricated frame scaffolds which setting on the top of Q-deck were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20 ft. to the ground. The working platforms were installed with only one scaffold plank. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
