29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Location: 10 Knotter Drive, Cheshire, CT 06410 The emergency eyewash and shower station located at the northwest corner of the warehouse, not within the work area for immediate emergency use where employees performed work with corrosive chemicals such as (but not limited to) sulfuric acid-containing forklift batteries, was not tested at regular intervals to ensure for clean water within the system at all times and that its water streams were adequate.
